Beskrivelse
Location: Islands Brygge Metro Station
Date: 17.July 2024, Start between 10.00 and 11.30
Course: there are two courses with SI to test our ability to make fast route choices and compete against our team memebers. We explain everything again on the day of the training:)
Training I:
Map: DR Byen (2023), 1:4,000,
Aequidistance 2.5 m
Courses: Short: 1.4 km, Long: 2 km
Training course: Free start from 10.00 (with SI)
Training objective: I see various routes that I have
planned before I run away from the control.
Training II:
Map: Islands Brygge (2017),
1:4,000, Aequidistance 2.5 m
Course (with different controls): 1.5 km
Training procedure: After the first run, pairs of equal strength are built (if possible, pairs are formed with the results of the first course). The two runners start at the same (free start from 10.45), but have different controls.
Training objective: I put myself in a competitive situation and consciously perceive my opponent, but do not allow myself to be distracted by him/her.
No matter how many runners from Amok attend, we would be delighted to meet some Danish runners. The more, the merrier! However, we understand that it might be a busy time for your runners. We are looking forward to meeting whoever has the time to shows up:)
Thank you!
Best,
Noemi
